The gift certificate for the Airbus A320 flight simulator can be used for 8 months by appointment.
If you have already booked a session, but cannot arrive, you should reschedule or cancel the reservation no later than one day before the start of the flight. Otherwise, the session will not take place and the certificate will be canceled as used.
We offer electronic gift certificates that are ready to be shipped 5 minutes after purchase.

How do I receive a gift voucher?
You will receive your gift card immediately after purchase and payment on our website. It is sent electronically to your email in PDF format, which you can: • Print and give as a gift, or • Send digitally as a quick and easy gift. Regardless of the delivery method, the gift card is available immediately, so it is a perfect last-minute gift. If you want a physical gift card, you are welcome to visit our simulator in Copenhagen. Here you will receive an elegant gift envelope and a blank card on which you can write the information from the electronic version that you received after your purchase.
Which gift voucher should I choose: 30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes?
The choice depends on the number of participants and your budget. Longer flights allow for more time to perform different maneuvers and explore selected destinations. • 60 minutes – The most popular choice for 1 or 2 people, providing enough time for takeoff, maneuvering, and landing. • 90 minutes – Recommended for groups of up to 4–5 people, ensuring everyone gets enough time for an unforgettable flight experience. • 120 minutes – The most comfortable option, ideal for 4 or 5 participants who want a deep and immersive flying adventure. • 30 minutes – A budget-friendly option for a short but exciting adventure, suitable for one participant as a pilot. Regardless of the flight duration, the number of spectators is not limited, but a maximum of four guests can be in the simulator at the same time.
Do you offer a physical gift voucher?
Yes, we offer elegant paper gift vouchers that you can personally collect at our flight simulator location at Borgmestervangen 11, 2200 København N. To ensure availability, we recommend contacting us in advance to arrange a convenient pickup time. If you already have an electronic gift voucher, you can transfer its details onto the physical voucher and present it in a stylish gift package—an ideal choice for a special surprise. Why didn't I receive my gift voucher?
If you haven't received your gift voucher, you might have accidentally selected the "Price List" option instead of "Gift Vouchers" on our website. In this case, you booked a specific date instead of purchasing a gift voucher, which allows for flexible booking within an 8-month validity period. Another possibility is that there was a small mistake in your email entry, which could have caused the gift voucher not to be sent to your email address. How many people can participate in the experience with one gift voucher?
With a single gift voucher, up to four people can share the flight experience. One person will take on the role of the pilot, while the others observe from the cockpit. During the flight, participants can switch roles freely, allowing everyone to experience takeoff, landing, and aircraft control. For the best group experience, we recommend: • 60-minute flight – ideal for 2 people who want to share time in the pilot's seat. • 90-minute flight – the optimal choice for groups of up to 4 people, ensuring each person gets enough time to pilot. • 120-minute flight – the most comfortable option, providing plenty of time for all participants and a more immersive aviation adventure.
