How can I book my flight?
You can easily book your flight through our website. You have two options: Book a flight with a fixed date — choose the date and time that suits you best. Or purchase a gift card, which makes an ideal gift. The gift card will be sent to your email within minutes.
How do I cancel my reservation?
If you need to cancel your flight simulator reservation, please notify us in writing at our email sim@fly-one.dk at least one day before the reserved time. We will do our best to find a new time that suits you.
How to book your flight time with a gift card
Go to our website and select "Reservation". Choose the duration that matches your gift card. Select your preferred date and time. Enter your details and use your gift card code when booking.
